Papa Tony - SOLD

Papa Tony is an 8 year old (2017) very dark bay gelding by Papa Clem out of an Unbridled's Song mare standing around 16.2h. Tony is as sweet as they come without a single mean bone in his body. He is gentle natured and has an extremely go with the flow attitude. I currently turn him out with my 2 mares and he has been in bigger herds or out by himself without issues as well. He is uphill with solid bone, clean legs, and extremely nice feet. My farrier adores this horse and always compliments his temperament every time he comes out. Tony absolutely loves to trail ride, I have taken him alone and in big groups and he is the quiet minded babysitter type even when the kids galloped away from us it didn't bother him one bit. He is extremely safe with zero spook or nonsense. While he is quiet minded, he does have a really nice big step when asked and is quite a lovely mover. I could see him having a blast in the eventing or foxhunting life, but could really go in any direction. He does crib, I use a collar, but he's never destroyed any property here because of it. I pulled him out of a neglect situation where he wasn't being fed and I think it developed from that. I work closely with a vet who listened to his heart and did full blook work and fecal. He is in great health and has filled out like crazy on simple everyday care. He is also fully up to date on shots, coggins, teeth, etc. He still has filling out to do, but has made incredible progress. Tony is a super nice horse that deserves the best, he will be your best friend and partner and will always try to do the right thing.
